Ironically Hank is a prison guard working on Death Row who executed Leticia's husband. Hank and Leticia's interracial affair leads to confusion and new ideas for the two unlikely lovers. Though Halle Berry was the only performer from this film recognized by the Academy, I do not feel that she was the only actor deserving praise.

Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry says she finds baring all in a movie extremely "easy". Berry, who plays a stripper in her new film Frankie and Alice , said, "There's not much research to play a stripper - you just kind of take your clothes off! It's kind of easy! The year-old actress said she read "thick dense medical books" and spoke to people who suffered from the disorder, reported Access Hollywood. This is not the first time Berry, who recently revealed on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' that she often walks around her house naked, has stripped off on the big screen.
